The employees of The Koman Group, along with friends and family, are excited to be part of the 3rd annual Pedal The Cause Bike Ride on October 6th & 7th.

While The Koman Group has always been a strong supporter of Pedal the Cause, this year we have been given a stark reminder why cancer research, and events like this that support it, are so important to us and our community. As many of you already know, The Koman Group lost one of its oldest and most valued employees, Kenny Walker. Kenny lost his battle with this horrific disease in March of 2012. For those of us that knew Kenny and had the opportunity to work with him we know what a true loss this was. Even during the most difficult hours of his fight, Kenny was still smiling and spreading his positive attitude to his fellow employees and to all the tenants at CityPlace that had come to know him so well. By all accounts, Kenny was a great man with a big heart.

To honor all that Kenny has given us, The Koman Group will be riding in his honor at the 2012 Pedal The Cause Bike Ride! Please help us by riding, donating or voluntering at this years event. With your support we can make a difference so that some day we don't have to tell stories like this about great people like Kenny.
